We are Next Level Fitness Echuca Moama (ABN 68 161 684 171), located at 194-200 Annesley Street, Echuca VIC. Our website address is https://nextlevelfitnessechuca.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect and why

When you book a walkthrough through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, what you're interested in, and your preferred time. This is sent directly to our team by email so we can contact you and book your visit. It is not stored in a database on this website.

If you email or call us, we collect the contact details and information you choose to give us so we can respond.

We also collect limited usage data about how this website is used: which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, along with standard technical details like browser type. This is collected through the advertising cookies described below and is used to measure and improve our advertising. It is separate from the details you type into our forms, which are never shared with advertising services.

Memberships and the sign-up portal

Membership sign-ups, bookings and payments happen through our membership partner's web portal (GymMaster). All membership information is stored and managed with them. For more information see the GymMaster security policy. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time by logging into the portal. The sign-up portal also uses the Meta Pixel, in the same way and for the same purposes described in the cookies and advertising section below. Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and records which pages you view and which buttons you click, such as starting a membership sign up or booking a walkthrough, together with standard technical details like your IP address and browser type.

We use this information for two things: to measure whether our advertising is working, and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site but did not sign up. We do not send Meta your name, phone number or email address, and nothing you type into our forms is shared with Meta. However, if you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may recognise you through its own cookies and connect your visit to that account. That connection is what makes this kind of advertising possible, and it happens on Meta's side under Meta's privacy policy, which also explains how long Meta keeps this data.

Meta is a United States company, so this usage data is disclosed overseas, including to the United States.

You are in control of this. You can adjust or turn off ad targeting in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or ad blocker that stops tracking scripts. The website works exactly the same either way.

If you follow a link to our partner portals, such as GymMaster to create or manage your membership, those sites may set cookies to keep you logged in or to assist with logging in if your browser accepts them.

Links and embedded content

This site links to external services, including our sign-up portal, Google reviews, our social media pages and a video tour. Visiting those links behaves the same as visiting those websites directly: they may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with their content. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address when the font files are requested.

Hosting and website logs

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded for security and performance purposes.

How long we keep your data

Walkthrough booking requests and enquiries are delivered to our email account and stored like any other email. They may be deleted at any time in the future. Membership records are retained by our membership partner in line with their policy and our legal obligations.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. The details you give us are shared only with the services needed to run the gym: our membership partner (GymMaster), our email provider for delivering enquiries, and our payment provider for processing memberships. Website usage data (pages viewed and buttons clicked, never your form details) is shared with Meta for the advertising purposes described above, which involves disclosure overseas, including to the United States. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes. To make a request, email enquiries@nextlevelfitnessechuca.com.au and we will respond promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
